Can I apply a promo code to my purchase?

We regularly run sales and special promotions on our website, so be sure to check our homepage for the latest offers! 

We occasionally send promo codes via our Topshop newsletters, so keep an eye on your inbox. Some promo codes are personalised and may be locked to specific accounts, as outlined in our Ts&Cs. To make sure you don’t miss out, simply subscribe to our updates at checkout.  

You might also find exclusive discounts on our TikTok and Instagram pages - so don’t forget to follow us. 

Where do I enter a promo code? 

You can type or copy and paste the promo code at the checkout stage. 

Important to know

  • You can’t apply a promo code after an order has been placed, so make sure to enter it at checkout!
  • Only one promo code can be used per order, this applies to our free-delivery codes, too.
  • Promo codes can’t be applied to delivery charges.
  • All our promo codes have specific terms and conditions you have to meet to be able to apply them to your order - you can view them for each code separately. 

Promo code not working? 

Each promo code has its own terms and conditions, so be sure to check them before applying the code - you can find them on our website. Check out our Ts&Cs for more information. 

Some key things to remember:  

  • Certain codes may only be valid for specific items.
  • Most promo codes have an expiry date, so check that yours is still valid.
  • If you received the code via email from Topshop, it may be linked to that email address. Ensure you’re using the same Topshop account associated with the email the code was sent to.
