How do I delete my Topshop account?

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed. 

If you’ve decided that you want to delete your account with us, please contact Customer Care and confirm at least two of the following details: 

• Your date of birth
• Your billing address
• Your registered email address 

Once we’ve verified this information, we’ll be able to proceed with deleting your account. 

If you’d prefer to take a break rather than delete your account, you can unsubscribe from our marketing emails and updates by simply clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
