Where can I find care instructions?
You can find care instructions for your items on the product labels and on the product page of our site. Below are some simple guidelines to help maintain the quality and longevity of your items.
Some Do's
- Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.
- Sort your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions, such as whites, darks, and colours.
- The washing temperature on the care label indicates the highest permitted temperature. If unsure, opt for a lower temperature.
- Rinse swimwear immediately after use and avoid wringing it.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
Some Don'ts
- Avoid using too much detergent when washing your clothes.
- Don't use fabric detergents that contain bleach.
- Unless stated on the care label, avoid tumble-drying your garments.
- Don't iron prints, trims, or embellishments directly.
- Don't leave garments with white and contrast-coloured panels soaking for extended periods.
- Garments with metal trims shouldn't be soaked.
Shoe care tips
- Suede and nubuck should be treated with a protector before wearing.
- To keep the suede looking new, use a suede brush.
- Stuff wet shoes with newspaper and let them dry naturally, away from direct heat, to prevent the outer materials from drying out and cracking.
- Canvas shoes and trainers shouldn't go in the washing machine unless otherwise stated.
- If they get dirty, let them dry first, then brush or wipe off the dirt.
- For heeled shoes, check the top pieces (heel tips) regularly and replace them when they start to wear down to avoid slipping or causing further damage.
