Why did I get an email saying my item is out of stock?
We're really sorry if you've received an email saying that one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock.
Why did I receive the email?
When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order, we realised the item was no longer available.
Will you restock the item?
We can't guarantee if an item will come back in stock once it's sold out. If you add an item to your Wishlist, you'll be able to track its availability and see if a sold-out size becomes available again.
