How do I update my account info?
It’s important to keep your account details up to date so we can stay in touch with you. To update your information, simply sign in to your account and make any changes you need:
- Delivery Address – Under 'Addresses', you can update your delivery and billing address. You can also set a preferred delivery address as your default.
- Email address - Under 'Profile', you can update the email address we use to contact you.
- Password / login details - We use a passwordless login system. Instead of a password, you’ll receive a one-time verification code (OTP) by email each time you sign in.
- Contact preferences - You can choose whether to receive our marketing emails and updates at checkout. If you change your mind at any time, simply click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails to opt out.
Once you've made your changes, don’t forget to save them. Please note that updates to your account will not affect the details of any orders you’ve already placed.
