How can I return my items?
Returns are free of charge. You have 28 days from the date your order was delivered to create your return and send it back to us. Please note that if you're returning your Topshop order from the Netherlands, you must create your return within 14 days of receiving the order and return it within a further 14 days.
All returns are subject to our original condition and Fair Use policies - check out our Returns Policy. We don’t offer exchanges - all accepted returns will be refunded.
Follow these steps to create a return:
- Click the ReBound link to create a returns label.
- Add your order details (you'll find this on your original order confirmation).
- Add the details of the item you're returning, making sure you add a new line for each item. Please make sure all the items you’ve selected to return fit in one parcel.
- Click Next.
- Select your nearest drop off location.
- Download and print the returns form to add to your item(s) and attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel. You can also send us any opened or used packaging that you’ve received with any recent orders.
- Drop the parcel off at your chosen location, and leave the rest to us.
Can't print your paperwork straight away?
Don't worry, we'll also email you a copy of your return confirmation to print later. If you don't have access to a printer, you'll need to ask a friend or family member for help, or pop along to your local library to print this.
Returning items from different Topshop orders?
If you need to send back items from different orders, you'll need to register each return online separately. This lets us know which items we'll be receiving and helps us refund you quickly. Each returns label is unique, so check that you’re attaching the correct label to the parcel.
You can send your return back in the original box or bag - just remember to remove or cover the original delivery label. You can also send us any opened or used packaging that you’ve received with any recent orders.
Make sure to keep your proof of postage as we may need to have a look at it later.

How long will it take to receive a refund for returned items?
Please allow your country’s return timeframe for your order to reach our warehouse and be processed. Once we've processed your return, your refund may take up to 10 working days to reach your account - read more about how refunds work here.

* When you create a return from the Canary Islands, we’ll send the CN23 document straight to your inbox. Just make sure to bring the CN23 document with you so the post office can accept your return.
Which carrier can I use to return my parcel?
You’ll select your drop-off point when placing your return, but if you change your mind, your label can be used at any drop-off point that offers the same returns carrier as the one you originally selected.
Can I cancel my return?
If you change your mind, there’s no need to send your items back to us and you don’t need to cancel your return.
