Topshop delivery options

Which countries do you deliver to and the delivery options available?

We offer Standard Delivery to a number of European countries. Below, you’ll find the available delivery options for your country, including lead times* and costs.

Please note that we do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.

Website cut-off times may vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. In addition, some delivery services may not be available for a small number of postcodes - you’ll be notified at checkout if this applies.

If you're having your order delivered to a business address, including your company name will help the driver find it easily. It’s important to make sure someone is there to receive it, as our delivery partner delivers to the address rather than a specific person.

What happens on the day of delivery?

Track your order to know exactly when to expect it. You’ll get email updates with any changes, and if you’ve added a valid mobile number to your Topshop account, our delivery partner will also send SMS notifications.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Additional options may be available while your order is in transit, such as delivery to a neighbour, a safe place, or collection from a specific location. These options vary by carrier. You can check and manage these alternative delivery options through the link in your delivery update email or by visiting the delivery partner’s website with your tracking number.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this case, please expect your order to arrive the next working day.

Depending on the country you’re ordering to, you may need to pay customs charges. As the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla aren’t part of the EU VAT area, your shipment could be subject to taxes. For more information on customs charges, please follow this link.
