Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, without cause. You must then return your entire order to Topshop within 14 days of completing the withdrawal process, by following the usual returns process. Once we’ve been notified of your withdrawal we’ll contact you via email to confirm the withdrawal. The withdrawal form set out on this page is in addition to Topshop’s returns policy and does not affect your statutory rights. You can still return your order in accordance with the timeframes set out in our Help Page here, or you can return part or your whole order under our returns policy, within 28 days of your order being delivered to you.
