BRAS
Every stylish girl knows that your foundation garments can make or break an outfit. Getting the fit of your bra right is crucial if you want to show off your shape and help your clothes to sit perfectly on your body.
Follow our steps and get out that measuring tape. The method below is called the Formula Fit and is most effective on smaller cup sizes (A-C). As the breast gets fuller, measurements can become more variable.
|
Step 1: Band Measurement Place the measuring tape just under your bust and around your ribcage, making sure it sits at the same height on the back as on the front. This will give you your band size. |
Step 2: Cup Measurement Again, making sure the tape is level on your front and back, hold it around the fullest part of your breast. Remember not to hold too tight. |
Step 3: Calculate your Bra Size Subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement and then find the resulting number in the table below to find out what cup size you should be wearing. |

WASH GUIDE & AFTER CARE
To keep the garment looking its best, always follow the instructions on the care label
Separate your wash into whites, darks and colours to reduce the risk of colours running
Wash garments with contrast trims or panels separately, the fabrics have been designed to be washed together but may absorb dye from other garments - especially important for Black and White
Wash denim and coated fabrics inside out to protect the surgace and prolong the depth of the colour
We don't recommend you tuble dry your clothes, it can cause shrinkage, fade colour and damage your garment
Reshape jersey when you take it out of the washing machine
Fringing can get tangled in the washing machine, hand wash where possible
Dry knitwear flat as it can stretch of 'drop' when you hang it

Jeans
Looking for the perfect pair of jeans?
Here's how to get the best fit.
Your jeans size is a combination of your waist and leg measurement i.e. 'W2832'.
The W stands for waist, followed by your waist measurement and then your inside leg-length measurement, which should be taken from the top of your inside leg down to your ankle.
1 – WAIST
Your natural waist is the narrowest bit – usually below your rib cage and above your belly button
2 – INSIDE LEG
Measure from the top of your
inside leg down to you ankle.

WASH GUIDE & AFTER CARE
WASHING:
For best results, the maximum temperature to wash at is indicated inside the bucket. Hand wash no hotter than 40 degrees, (40 degrees actully feels quite cool as its only 3 degrees above body temperature). If you have a 30 degrees setting on your machine, consider using it wherever possible. It uses much less energy and you'll be doing your bit for the environment.
BLEACHING:
The triangle with a cross through means do not use chlorine bleach. It's very strong and will strip the colour out, unlike non-chlorine bleaches and colour safe bleaches. We would not recommend bleaching and customers do this at their own risk.

WASH GUIDE & AFTER CARE
DRY CLEANING:
The dry clean symbol is a circle with a letter inside, the letter indicates the chemical which can be used, and your dry cleaner will refer to this and know what to do. A cross means do Dry Clean
IRONING:
For the perfect press without damage, the dot inside the iron indicates the temperature to set your iron to, the more dots there are, the hotter the iron you can use - You can scorch, 'glaze' or even melt your clothes if you use the wrong setting so make sure you check

TUMBLE DRYING:
Most of our clothes are not designed to tumble dry as they can shrink or change in appearance. Only tumble dry where there is the symbol a square and a circle
GARMENT STORAGE:
Many of our embellished pieces are made by hand with each garment taking hours to complete. Protect it by handling with care
Use hanger loops to support the garment, especially for delicate / embellished garments
To protect delicate embellishment, don't squash too many garments together in the wardrobe
Fold knitwear and store flat in a draw or on a shelf to avoid stretching or 'dropping'

AFTERCARE FOR SHOES:
We don't offer a fitting service, so make sure the shoes fit you well in store. If you're unsure when you get home, always try your shoes on carpeted surface. We cannot accept worn returns.
Our trainers and canvas products, unless we advise you, are not designed to go in a washing machine. If they get dirty let them dry naturally and remove excess dirt with a brush or cloth. Then use a specific fabric cleaner.
If you get caught in the rain, allow your leather product to dry naturally. You run the risk of the leather warping if direct heat is used. Stuff with newspaper to help speed up the process and maintain shap.
Suede and nubuck are sensitive materials and don't take kindly to oils or creams. Invest in a suede brush and give them a little attention from time to time to keep the nap (texture) raised and looking fresh.
Insole socks on sandals may lift due to heat and perspiration. Though we use strong adhesive, this is sometimes unavoidable in normal wear.
The plastic or leather pieces at the base of the heel are designed to protect the heel and need to be replaced with wear. Replacement top pieces are supplied with most of our shoes and are easily fitted by a local cobbler.
Repair is not always possible if your top pieces wear down to the point that the heel becomes damaged.
Baby wipes work wonders on reviving dirty white leather and PU shoes, always test on a small discrete area first.
Scuffing can damage and remove beading and gems on embellished products.
Espadrilles are traditional beach shoes and are not designed for prolonged city wear or wet weather as the natural materials will perish.

Do not overload your bag, this can put too much strain on the handles and seams of the bag. It can also distort the shape of the bag.
Take care of your hat. Scrunching it up, stuffing it in your bag or sitting on it will probably alter the shape!
Use a lint roller to clean felt hats.
Feathers are a natural product and care should be taken with them to prolong their life. If they get wet allow to dry naturally.
